8. Swimwear Hygiene

For hygiene reasons, all swimwear returned for an eligible exchange must be:

unworn;
unwashed;
in original condition;
with all original tags attached; and
with the original hygiene liner intact.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange where an item does not meet these conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the MUSA website, including photography, images, videos, graphics, logos, product designs, text and other materials, is owned by or licensed to MUSA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially use any MUSA content without our prior written permission.
