At MUSA, every order is carefully prepared and dispatched from our studio in Byron Bay, Australia. We work with trusted international carriers to ensure your pieces arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.


Australia

Shipping Method: Standard or Express Tracked Shipping

Estimated Delivery: 1–3 business days

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.


Europe

We are excited to now ship directly to selected European countries.

Shipping Method: Express Tracked International Shipping

Shipping Fee: free

Estimated Delivery: 8–14 business days*

*Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and your local postal service.

VAT, Duties & Customs

As MUSA is an independent Australian brand, all European orders are currently shipped directly from Australia.

At this stage, we are unable to collect European VAT at checkout. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to:

  • Local VAT
  • Customs duties
  • Carrier handling or clearance fees

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in your order total.

We understand this may be an inconvenience and truly appreciate your support while we grow. As our European community expands, we hope to introduce a smoother shopping experience, including local VAT collection.


Rest of the World

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note that international orders may be subject to local taxes, customs duties or import fees, depending on your country’s regulations.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel throughout its journey.


Delays

While we always dispatch orders within 1–2 business days, delivery times are estimates only.

Occasionally, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Public holidays
  • Weather events
  • High shipping volumes
  • Carrier delays outside our control

We appreciate your patience should any of these situations arise.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

MUSA cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at hello.musaswimwear@gmail.com

We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
