At Musa Swimwear, we take great care in creating each piece and want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Faulty or Defective Items
If your item is faulty or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
Once the fault is confirmed, we’re happy to offer:

a replacement, or
-
a refund, if a replacement isn’t available.
Where possible, we may ask for photos to assess the issue.
Return shipping for faulty items will be covered by Musa Swimwear, or we may arrange a replacement without requiring the item to be returned.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Exchanges may be offered at our discretion if:

the item is unworn,
-
in original condition, and
-
requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges.
Swimwear & Hygiene
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear and returned with all hygiene liners intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Market Purchases
Items purchased at markets are covered by the same faulty-item policy.
If you don’t have a receipt, we may accept alternative proof of purchase, such as the date and location of purchase.
